Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
I currently use Concur Travel and Expense and have started interfacing the postings to SAP.
- Easy to set up
- The interface to SAP postings was easy to manage for US company codes
- Intracompany transactions were managed well
- The VAT recovery for CA is not easy to work through - still struggling with CA implementation
- Knowledgeable support for other tools that Concur interfaces with other tax pieces such as ONESOURCE
- We have to have two resources on our contract - a Concur consultant and an SAP consultant and they do not seem to have any cross-product knowledge
- Since implementing the automated interface to sap postings the work load for finance users has been reduces
We are on S4 Hana and this is where we have implemented the US interface to SAP for direct posting.
I work on the IT side for support and do not see the actual travel side but it has made the processing of my expense reports timely.
