Overall Satisfaction with Conductor

Competitor research, keyword research, content topic research (with built-in content briefs!), technical monitoring, and incomparable support. Both technical and content strategy have accelerated due to the toolset and more importantly, access to experts to help us along the way. The product offers enterprise level project/account management besting other solutions that fall short for a company and website this large.

Easy report sharing and consolidated workspace containing the data that matters to our organization. Extreme flexibility in designing our own reports and scheduling regular delivery to stakeholders. Unlimited account creation and accessible support and technical teams to keep the wheels turning when non-technical folks get stumped.
Explorer is our go to starting point for most projects. If you know your keywords/customers or are feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start, Explorer is the place to get going. Input a keyword or URL and without question, the feature spits out something useful.
Half the reason we signed on for the tool was because of the support and account rep meetings. The Conductor team is responsive, personable, well versed in all things SEO, and consistently looking forward with proactive solutions and new ideas that compliment our business goals. On-boarding was easy, the Conductor team did the heavy lifting making adoption of the tool smooth and fun.
Semrush was targeted for the small/medium business and fell short with the number of accounts and projects we needed to run. I feel it also has a cumbersome pricing structure. Botify, albeit an amazing technical auditing tool wasn't the right software for what we need right now. It is something we'll look at again once our Content strategy is ironed out.

Best of class Enterprise SEO auditing and tracking tool. Incredible support and success management team. Limitless projects and accounts complemented by a full suite of intuitive Content SEO tools. Complimented by enough technical auditing to get you started. Limitations in tracked URLs and competitor audits. The pricing structure is better than their competition but knowing how it needs to scale could be clearer.

Using Conductor

30 - Marketing Communications, Business Development. We have 60+ account holders and only about 30 active users.
4 - Technical product owner (myself), one hired contractor who focuses almost exclusively on ContentKing/Technical, one agency who manages weekly check-ins with Conductor project owners, and one Marketing and communications manager to assist.
