Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Conductor to track the progress and performance of the optimizations we use to improve organic search traffic. I use Conductor to create Campaign Workspaces about the topics we study. With one click, you can add a relevant report to a Workspace and it will continue to update automatically. The Workspace reports are documents we refer back to frequently to track progress and also give an origin report to start with when users request help with topics or content.

Support Rating

Conductor is so easy to onboard with I think I probably could have done it all myself. The audience research team built out a great keyword file covering the current taxonomy- no way I could have done a comparable job. After working with this keyword set for a while - we are now trying to create additional groupings and topical collections, which Conductor supports well. The Customer Success managers have been excellent, happy to focus on what I am engaging with, and happy to initiate research and insights on their own. There is a generally productive and communicative relationship that is producing value.

BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs and Moz Pro

I have used many SEO campaign platforms like Conductor. Conductor UX leads to a good SEO workflow for me. I don't really even understand why. I have used Semrush a lot, Ahrefs an awful lot, and BrightEdge a little, and I love doing SEO analysis in Conductor and spend way more time in it than I ever have any other tool. I wish Conductor would explain to me why it works so well for me, because I don't understand it.

Conductor enables high-value SEO activity. There are a lot of moving parts in SEO and I'm always open to products that fit our requirements, but Conductor has built a stronger argument for its value after we subscribed than it had when we subscribed -- that's rare.

I would have relaxed my own standards for certain platform goals. This was a new SEO program, and included requirements for features we may not fully deploy for ourselves.
