Customer success is one of their most underrated attributes. I can't describe how valuable the customer success manager has been as part of our team. He not only helps provide insights into deeper understanding and knowledge of the platform, but he also assists in strategizing for different facets of our business (local, types of results, etc.. Without these strategy sessions, our search engine optimization team would be way behind.

Well suited for SEO monitoring and auditing, especially with their technical SEO capabilities to monitor issues in virtually real time. This allows us to stay ahead of the search engines when something becomes broken, or things are changed without consulting the SEO department. Also, very useful for bringing multiple data sources together in one easy to use tool which can create and share reports across departments.
