Overall Satisfaction with Conductor

We use Conductor to manage the search efforts for multiple websites. Writers and SEOs use the tool for keyword research. The tool is a great way to bring all data points together and therefore is also used in regular reporting. Additional marketing team members also have access to the tool to review reporting and do keyword research.

Onboarding was a long time ago for my company. There has been a lot of turnover in the last two years with our customer success team. This has led to a lot of the same conversations twice to bring new people up to speed. There should be more sharing of information on the Conductor side when people are leaving. It would be nice to have training checkpoints for long-time customers to ensure tool usage is still top-notch.
My company needed a full end-to-end solution and not just keyword data. Moz wasn't robust enough, and BrightEdge was lacking ease of usability.

I've used multiple SEO tools, and this one is by far the easiest to use. It is also the easiest to train others who are not as SEO savvy as those who dig into this information daily.

1 - While we have many users, there is really only 1 user that is a master of all the things since we are a small team. Tool is very easy to use. Need to be inquisitive and want to find answers.
