Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Conductor is being utilized by the marketing department - specifically the digital marketing team that works on the organization's website and blog. It allows us to track content performance and keyword rankings.

Pros

Robust, full SEO suite – performs the job of many individual SEO, one purpose SEO tools.
Customizable – setting up content and keyword groups gives ability to look at data in a number of different ways via dashboards.
Customer journey mapping capabilities.

Cons

Requires a significant time investment to maintain, set up tracking, keyword groups, etc.
Conductor’s one-off competitor keyword visibility discovery/analysis (Domain Explorer) is significantly more limited than BrightEdge’s DataCube.

Return on Investment

Improved search rank position.
Provided data to help inform business decisions.
Increased organizational perceived value of SEO.

Support Rating

The customer success team answers questions and concerns quickly and clearly. The team is helpful and provides training when new features re released. I also frequently utilize the chat service if I have trouble finding or interpreting something within the tool.

Conductor is a one-stop shop.

Likelihood to Recommend

Conductor is well suited to track natural search visibility at the keyword and page level. It is less appropriate to analyze competitor keyword visibility.

Usability

Features like InSightStream help to consolidate and emphasize changes to search rankings, etc. It is helpful to be able to quickly glance at the stream and gain valuable insights. Workspaces help to provide customization and pre-scheduled updates.

Thank you for this review! It's great to see that you're getting value from the different reporting capabilities like Insight Stream and Workspaces. It's also excellent to hear that you're successfully increasing your visibility through ranking higher for keywords relevant to the business.
