Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is used by the Office of Marketing & Communications across our University website and supports the entire University. It helps us benchmark our search visibility performance and improve our visibility with actionable insights.

Pros

Cons

  • More online training.
  • Improved search rank.
  • Built business case for additional resources.
  • Identified strong (sometimes unknown) search performers.
  • Help allocate resources to priority programs.
We have used almost every aspect of Conductor support including an extensive onboarding process, professional services, weekly check-in calls and more. Very service oriented and helpful to our team.
Hubspot and Marketo are two other platforms we've reviewed. We chose Conductor due to the interface, support, reporting and service relationship.
Very well suited for companies or organizations looking to improve search visibility. Best for a company or organization with multiple business units or products to measure.
