Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is being used by our Marketing and Ecommerce teams within the organization to understand the voice of our customers. The tool has been a great measuring stick for our business...and has allowed us to understand all of our gaps and what we can do to address those gaps.
  • Customer Voice is readily available.
  • It's incredibly simple to setup dashboards and automate those reports to your inbox.
  • I like that our data can be easily segmented into groups.
  • I'd like to see more detailed on page recommendations.
  • I'd like to see a deep integration with Search Console.
  • We have improved our search engine rank for categories we've spent time working on thus driving more organic traffic to our site.
  • We've been limited within our own CMS to make some of the changes Conductors recommendations engine has asked of us. Because of this, we have began the process of updating our CMS in order to get the most out of Conductor.
  • Reporting has become much easier to do with Conductor. Before we had to rely on 3rd parties. Conductor automates some of the most complicated reports.
Quantity of data has never been an issue with Conductor. There is so much data it can seem overwelming at first. Being able to easily segment the data has been a big help within the tool. From a quality perspective, we trust the data that we see and have no reason at this point to question the data quality.
Our marketing team has just started using Conductor for their content strategy. From what we've seen so far it seems relatively easy to collaborate among our internal teams.
Conductor's customer service is really great. They are available via phone, chat, email, etc. You can tell that customer experience is a big part of their business. As I stated below, it was obvious to me early during the evaluation process.
We evaluated BrightEdge at the same time as Conductor. The thing that separated them the most in my mind was Customer Service. Conductor has made Customer Service & Experience a priority and it can easily be seen during the on boarding process.
As a first time user of Conductor, we haven't yet been able to explore all the components. It's been very valuable thus far.

Using Conductor Searchlight

We have not had any issues with either component.
