Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is used as our SEO analytics tool. It is currently used within our marketing department.

Content Performance data - easy to identify organic traffic trends by page
Audience Intent Explorer - used by our copywriters and SEO manager
Competitive IntelliScope - the comparison tool does a great job identifying areas of opportunity

Organic traffic downloads by segment - it's difficult and time-consuming to pull monthly data by page.
Export organic visit data for a particular page by date range - when pulling data for a page or segment, I have to pull multiple months in the event that a page doesn't have any traffic in a particular month. It would be nice to create a report that would pull this data down weekly.

The support is great. Especially the chat team. I use them frequently and they are always top notch.

They are very important parts of the suite. The Insight Stream is a great landing page as it helps identify key changes in behavior right up front.

Mark - I know you're probably very busy, so it means a lot to us that you took time to write this review. Bringing SEO and Content teams together has been a big mission for us over the last few years and I am glad to see that you have done that successfully. It's one of the most common traits we see among top-performing teams, so compliments to you and the team for making it happen. Thanks for sharing your challenges with exporting data from segments or pages. I agree that having to do multiple exports to get multiple dates is not ideal.
