It is being used as our main SEO tool to analyze and improve SEO across our website. It's used across several orgs - marketing, documentation, and community. It gives visibility around our place on the web and also insight into how our competitors are doing.

It's been adopted across other teams so there is a consensus about the need for SEO planning and staying in sync about important keywords.

Support Rating

Support is great. With vendors, it's always what you make of it. They have services to ease the effort but they also are standing by to help with questions. They have chat on every page of the site. Professional services are great and really useful to getting the most from the tool quickly. You need to have someone to implement their good ideas so it's a two way street, but they care about your goals and trying to help you realize them.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for marketing, with tools to aid in identifying content gaps. It won't track what you don't tell it to, so you need a keyword strategy, although they offer services to help with that.

Usability

It's easy to use once you learn the categorization and where things live. Inside Stream is a helpful quick look and Workspaces is very useful in reporting and just maintaining visibility on something, so you don't have to recreate the search. Just add it to Workspaces and it updates as the data changes.

Thank you for taking time to write this review. It looks like you've done a great job getting multiple teams using Conductor and that it's helped with keeping everybody on the same page. We've seen that the top performing brands have broken down those silos, so congrats on your progress there; it is no small feat. We've been getting some similar feedback on making our Bulk Update a bit easier. It's a tricky thing to do well because there are so many ways to track/update your keywords but we will certainly be looking for ways to make it better. Also, you can see untracked keywords in Domain Explorer and Audience Intent Explorer, though you will want to add them to the platform for more in-depth and advanced analysis.
