Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

Conductor is being used by the Consumer Electronics department to identify key SEO issues and maximize organic traffic to the consumer website. It identifies simple issues such as Page Title/Meta Description to more drilled down category level analysis to identify top performing product lines. We also try to tie traffic through analytics integration.

The support is excellent. They are always available to help and the customer success team is one of the best I have ever worked with. The detailed training is very detailed and helpful.
We have not used other platforms.
It is well suited in combination with analytics integration and the ability to tie into sales. We currently use Workspaces and category reporting. The new deep crawl integration is something we have started to use as well. These provide enhanced recommendations and nice quick fixes to improve organic search performance in the organization.

The tool is easy to use and navigate, and training is very helpful.
