Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight

The Conductor platform has completely changed our decision-making process on adjustments to existing structure and content and how to create and place new content. The insights platform allows me to get a snapshot of the week's movement in a clear and customizable layout, flagging drops and gains and alerting me to any issues quickly. The audience intent explorer allows an easy way to find out the most popular searches and customer stage related to a keyword that we would want to create content to target. We also make use of the competitive IntelliScope to find out what national players are doing well to try to recreate their successes on our site.

The entire team has been fantastic, the monthly or bi-monthly calls are well structured going over potential use cases for parts of the tools we are not utilizing or additions to the services. The pro services team has also become a tool that we have come to rely on, to both advise future work and check any new items the web dev team has implemented. That level of expertise that is targeted towards only keyword gain and not anything to do with the web dev itself helps us pick our battles with that team to prioritize all future works.

Any company looking to expand their site content reach would find tremendous value. The tools save time and money by centralizing reliable data. The addition of the deep crawl partnership makes it truly a one-stop tool for all SEO related upkeep and future decision making.

Using Conductor Searchlight

The additions of the InsightStream was my favorite change made to this point, a close second would be the partnership with DeepCrawl. The insight stream has completely changed and streamlined my use of the tool. I can't image going back. The data is quickly put in basic wins and loses and updated in a familiar format allowing the user to act on items that would have taken either customer reports or a dive deeper into the tool itself. It cuts down on time between discovery and action. The deep crawl has also become a staple of our SEO practice with ease of being on the same platform of all our other work. Only pain is updated keywords, which requires manual extort and import using excel. The tool should make recommendations that add keywords at a click based on competitors or like phrases.
