We utilize Conga Composer to create contract documents, incorporating them in various standard and custom objects such as legal agreements, orders, invoices, and the credit notes in Salesforce. This tool assists in tailoring documents to align with specific account records. We can also send it to end users and get back the signed document.

Conga Composer is very easy to use, we do not need to hard code the document details in Conga Composer. The Conga Composer templates can take in documents in any form like word document, excel or pdf. They also do not have to have a structure and the content can be normal words too.
With Conga Composer, we generate the order forms and it clearly layouts the information that could sent out to the end customers and also it will serve as a documentation and a reference for future review. The Conga Composer documents also works with calculating and displaying the expected data with formula conditions.
Conga Composer helps us in document generation part and once the document has been generated from Conga Composer it can be sent out to the customers. Here we can also use Conga Email Template to send out the message and the attachments. DocuSign here works so well and we can have signatures with multiple recipients.

Conga Composer is a powerful Salesforce app that enables users to create complex documents (like quotes, proposals, invoices, contracts, etc.) by merging Salesforce data into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML emails, and PDFs. It can be used in Approval Workflows and we can send attachments as add on to the customers.
