Overall Satisfaction with Conga CPQ

We are using Conga CPQ for product modeling , configuration and quoting.

Pros

  • Regular release which allows enhancements & new features to be added
  • User friendly , Good User experience
  • Compatibility with XA , which allows the data migration between orgs smooth
  • Allows & supports customization

Cons

  • Delay in introducing expected features
  • scalability
  • Compatibility with other migration tools
  • Improved efficiency
  • Sandbox is slower
  • Faster contract processing
In my opinion, Conga CPQ do help in faster product configuration and placing the orders . it has simplified the process for our org. User experience reported with this tool has been good . The simplified UI is user friendly.
In my experience the quotes created using this tool were accurate. I have not faced issue with quote inaccuracy.
