Overall Satisfaction with Conga Sign
We send documents for client's to sign for forms and contracts, payment options update, etc, we probably send anywhere from 10-30 Conga Signs a week if not more. Our clients do not report easy consumer usage, as they aren't prompted or taken through the signing and they're not alerted to what fields aren't completed, they simply cannot submit to sign. We like the way that Conga Sign integrates with our Salesforce service, but we're still unclear in all of the ways it can be used as we don't find it user-friendly and requiring additional tech support or a tech manager support.

We used DocuSign and AdobeSign prior to coming to Conga Sign. Conga Sign was suggested via our product developer referred by Salesforce for most unlimited sends and best integration with SF. The envelope send was our deciding factor, as we were paying $4-6 per send and difficult when client's needed changes or new contracts. However, we have reported very low user-friendly feedback from our clients and at times have to walk them through how to sign on a guided Zoom call.
