Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control

Used to remote into all supported end-user terminals and workstations

Cons

  • Would be nice to get better support for remoting into mobile devices
  • Needs better organization of Access devices
  • It's making things very easy for us to be quick and responsive on remote access, without user input.
Teamviewer, GoToMyPC. Monthly cost is important for us.
Overall very good for most scenarios.
