Contractor Foreman: An All-in-One Solution for Small Construction Companies
Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman
As someone who has used multiple project management platforms, I sincerely appreciate Contractor Foreman’s ease of use and versatility. It’s the complete package—covering everything from estimating and organization to customer service and beyond.
In the past, we relied on several different software solutions to run efficiently, but with Contractor Foreman, everything is in one place. Truthfully, I know we could take even greater advantage of its features in the future, whether by integrating labor and material costs, exploring the leads module, or becoming more proficient with the Gantt scheduling tool. Those are just a few areas we plan to phase in over time.

Pros
- estimating
- directory
- organization
Cons
- cost items database
- archiving projects
- sub contracts
- We were able to find a 18,000 change order that been signed but not billed. Contractor Foreman was great because we were able to find the discrepancy but it also would not have happened if the "billed" button made more sense in functionality.
I used Projul and Buildium when I was primarily managing rental properties rather than full home builds. Projul was great for estimating and invoicing, while Buildium served its purpose well at the time. Now, as a small construction company, Contractor Foreman provides everything we need in one platform, making project management much more efficient.
