Everything we need and more
Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman
I am a home builder who uses Contractor Foreman. We mostly use Contractor Foreman for a crm, estimates/change orders, organizing files/photos/document, and a place to keep general information about projects. I use the scheduling feature mostly for meetings with customers. We used other CRMs in the past but they were fairly limited and would have required integrating a bunch of multiple programs. Contractor Foreman has pretty much everything we could need.
Pros
- Estimates
- Change orders
- Contacts
Cons
- Navigation across the platform can be wonky
- Document writer is a little annoying to set up
- Lead organization is done by leads per stage not stage
- I have saved so much time on creating estimates. Being able to create estimate templates makes estimates much faster.
- For job costing I am able to see right on my estimate if a bid I got was in my expected budget or not instead of keeping notes separately.
- monday.com and Zoho CRM
monday.com was limited and I noticed myself integrating other programs rather than just using monday.com I used Zoho at a sales company and it was fine for that. One of my friends uses Zoho for HVAC and I liked the Contractor Foreman interface better.
