Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We use Contractor Foreman as a service ticket portal. We upload pictures before and after of completed work orders and invoices. It's a tracking system for us.
The issue for us is nothing is customizable and it's difficult to manipulate the stunted system to do what we need. Additionally upgrades are only made IF several other customers use the system in a similar way and want the same type of change or update.

  • Remove mandatory fields in PO Projects
  • It's more convenient than an excel spreadsheet
  • We can capture photos during projects and service tickets
  • We can add data to the customers page for necessary additional data
In my experience, it's only good for surface use, you can't customize anything and any changes are only going to made if it's deemed good for all users. You can pull some reports but not many can be customized and they have a TON of unnecessary lines and data so you have to export it and edit to really get the report you need. It's a fair basic system.
