Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We use Contractor Foreman to schedule and track the status of our projects. We have tried a few other software programs that were far more expensive and did not compare to Contractor Foreman. We were spending lots of time on implementation and meetings for other software, but didn't feel like we were using our time efficiently. Not anymore, now that we are using Contractor Foreman. It's efficient and has a quick setup with helpful people who know their system very well.

Pros

  • Project Tracking.
  • Business Tracking.
  • Organization
  • Simple View Point.
  • Custom Dashboard.

Cons

  • Default Project Details based on the Project Type entered.
  • Significantly less amount of time on back-end entries.
  • Cut our hours in half from the previous software.
We were looking for a system that is not cumbersome and keeps things simple. We did not want a bunch of unnecessary items to pay for. Contractor offers multiple plans that allow you to only pay for what is needed. We have made a simple yet effective dashboard that makes tracking projects easy.
We started with ServiceTitan since it was our industry's standard. But it was far too complicated, and the implementation was not efficient. We gave it a solid try, but after many attempts to try and understand the system, we decided to find something different.

Contractor Foreman works great for small to medium-sized businesses. It would most likely be more difficult for Large companies with large numbers of employees.
