Overall Satisfaction with Contractor Foreman

We use Contractor Foreman to send estimates, finalize quotes, schedule installations and more

Pros

  • Creating estimates is easy
  • I really like the crew schedule
  • Service tickets help us

Cons

  • Not able to show sale discount without effecting accounting
  • Beta version is annoying it's like apple vs samsung but it is nice to have the option to switch based on personal preferences
  • letters are too small hard to read for older coworkers
  • Client success

Having the chat function for technical support has been great. Having everyone connected on the same platform has helped system processes. Not possible to show a sale discount without effecting accounting which is an issue for clients who want to see they are getting a 'deal'.
