Overall Satisfaction with Conversica

We've had no issues throughout our complicated implementation (due to our systems, not Conversica's). All the questions we've had have been answered quickly and efficiently.
Marketing implemented the Conversica tool as a sales aid for the Sales Department. We are currently using one of our three use case scenarios and are engaging leads who are part of our nurture campaign. Currently, we have more than 75 HOT LEADS in our system and more than 20 Closed-wons as a result of the Conversica tool. For Sunlighten, Conversica gives us a more consistent approach in dealing with older leads.
  • Engaging old leads
  • Encouraging customer to speak to a sales representative
  • Tracking conversations
  • Allowing closed won data on the4 Conversica dashboard would be a great way to tie the service together
  • Excitement and engagement of the sales team
  • Increased revenue
  • Increased brand loyalty
Currently we engage older leads with Conversica, but we are planning to use Conversica to engage event leads in the near future.
