Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We are using Cornerstone OnDemand for our LMS system and certification tracking. It is being used organization wide. It allows us to track and automatically assign trainings based on job and date range when they expire.
- Easy for end users
- Can have separate training modules
- Adding documents to knowledge base
- Being able to see own transcript and team's as needed
- Would be nice to add more of a portal for users to have links and documents shared by the organization and create custom HTML modules on home page
- Need better ability to manage import feeds
- Be able to manage branding easier in the native site.
- Saved training department time
- Users are more compliant with training
- More efficiencies in organization
Better visual look than others and good price point when it came down to what we needed.
