Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We currently use Cornerstone OnDemand - NonProfit Ready, as we are a non-profit organization. We use this for most of our training needs for the organization, including HIPAA, Diversity, Sexual Harassment, and other various training. We also use it for training for upcoming leaders. Nonprofit Ready helps provide appropriate training to our workforce.
- Engaging videos! Their training is interesting to watch. It is short, sweet, and straight to the point.
- I like the short quizzes afterward to test knowledge. Find it effective in determining if someone got the essentials out of the course.
- Love our Cornerstone OnDemand reps - whenever we need help, they are amazing!
- I wish I could upload users to the portal, especially when we have large training classes. Our rep can do this for us, I would like to do so if possible. (this may be an option, I am just not aware)
- I wish our HRIS system could feed over to Nonprofit Ready. This would help avoid manual inputs and changes.
- Cornerstone OnDemand was really helpful to get all of our essential training in one platform.
- Cornerstone OnDemand has excellent customer service and helps set up the account best needed for our organization.
- I wish that our HRIS system was compatible with Cornerstone OnDemand, to eliminate manual entries.
