Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Cornerstone is being used by my entire organization. We are still using a manual, paper-based performance appraisal process, and we are implementing Cornerstone as our tool to automate it. This will bring huge efficiency and reporting capabilities to our organization. Since we started using Cornerstone, we are also looking to automate our development plans and our succession program. We are excited!

Product Configurability

I have never configured other solutions. However, for someone who had to do it for the first time, it was a seamless process. I understood how all the layers tied together which also helped me to understand how it impacts the front end user. My consultant was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Alternatives Considered

SilkRoad HRMS and Saba TalentSpace (formerly halogen)

We had some criteria that we laid out and Cornerstone hit all the marks. The final selling points for us was the price point, that it had the ability to connect with Sage HRMS our main HR system and that it would give us the automation that we so desperately needed.

We are really new to Cornerstone, so for now I can only speak to the automation and how easy it is to navigate. To someone considering using Cornerstone if you need to automate, expand your reporting, and have easy access to your employees' relevant information, then Cornerstone is the one for you.
