Cornerstone is being used across the organization and we are looking to expand it into the businesses of our acquisitions. We mainly use the system for onboarding new employees. We created curricula with homegrown videos and use dynamic assignment to assign to users once they start the organization or transition within. We also have 3rd party content in our system.
- Training tools on how to use the system.
- Constantly updating and improving.
- Communicating roadmap of updates.
- It is a monster of a system and sometimes it is hard to use.
- Sometimes it is hard to find answers.
- Costs can be high.
- Increase attrition - it is a work in progress but it is going up.
- Invest in our employees - new hires do see there is a human capital investment.
- Time and cost savings from in-person trainings.
Cornerstone is a very very robust system.
