Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use it across most of our brands and plan on expanding it to all brands that fall under our umbrella. It makes it easy, one stop shop for all of our learning materials. We can use it for our own personal creation training and others we have purchased. We also host ILTs and others though the platform.
Pros
- Tracking the progress of training.
- Pulling and using reports.
- Easy to use interface.
Cons
- I feel like on the back end things can be complicated and hard to find or you can find and do the same thing multiple ways.
- I really like the block chain information I learned. I think implementing that will help individuals find training that will really help them progress.
- I don't like that once something is created, (material or ILT, etc.) you can't delete it, you can only deactivate it.
- Increase employee engagement in learning.
- Help our employees self development.
- Managing and maintaining compliance.
