Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We are using Cornerstone OnDemand to deliver relevant training content to all of our users across the globe. It helps ensure we are delivering the right content, at the right time and in a consistent manner.

- Act as a stepping stone for the career development path.
- Effectively engage users in the learning experience.
- User friendly.
- Modern look & feel.
- Reporting capabilities.
- Many ways to access platform (mobile, tablet, computer).
- Admin features could be more user friendly.
- No longer have a dedicated Client Success Manager, now have to sign up for office hours to ask questions.
- Increased Learning engagement. Cornerstone makes it easier for users to complete training on their own schedules.
- One system for hosting all training. Cornerstone now acts as our go to place for learning.
I wasn't involved in the original selection process, but I understand we evaluated several learning solutions. Our top 3 learning providers ended up being Cornerstone, Brainier & Infor. Ultimately we selected Cornerstone for the following reasons:
- User friendly.
- Would interact well with our HRIS.
- Other vendors would represent a challenge on the integration.
- Cost effective.
