Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use Cornerstone OnDemand as CORE in 7 countries with the complete suite: Core, Recruiting/Onboarding, Learning and Performance. We need a unique database in the whole group, because every country uses different software to manage people data. The main purpose is to implement the same processess in all the countries with our business to improve our competitive advantage. We chose Cornerstone OnDemand because it was an organic software in one suite, but the last news of the new leathership team makes an unexpected turn to other goals through the inorganic acquisition of other products.

- Complete Performance module
- User experience in the Learning module
- Core Core Core...not ready por employee management
- Lack of configured processes
- Reporting with "silos" although all the modules are in the same tool
- 10% less paper for certifications
- Difficult for users in countries with poor digitalization
- 4000 CVs database in 2 years and a half
Mainly the annual costs of the suite: we are present in 7 countries and develp an implementation of SAP SSFF costs triple than Cornerstone OnDemand. Talentia was "in price" similar than Cornerstone OnDemand, but is more oriented to Europe customers than American or Latam. The partners was another point of high value to try one or another.
