Overall Satisfaction with Cratejoy

We use Cratejoy as one of our sales channels for our monthly craft subscription box. They provide amazing visibility for our box and also a wonderful backend platform to manage our product, sales, and subscription box. Overall, it is a wonderful service and the customer support is top-notch. I highly recommend Cratejoy for ANY subscription box.

Whether it be their upper management or their customer support crew, they have always acted and treated me like they care. Probably because we make them a lot of money, but nonetheless they do a great job whenever any issue comes up. I even met them in person!

If you own a subscription box and are looking for a little (or a lot) more exposure, then Cratejoy is a no-brainer. They have been able to get us on Buzzfeed, USAToday, and Mashable among others, which have been extremely beneficial for our business. Our start-up business now provides living incomes!
