Overall Satisfaction with Cratejoy
We were interested in Cratejoy because we are a subscription box and had our own website as a primary selling point. Cratejoy has a following that we wanted to tap into where we could reach more potential customers. I made the decision as the owner of my company and the one that manages our website and subscriptions.

We use WooCommerce to manage subscriptions, which work fine, but it requires some knowledge to set up correctly. Amazon also offers a subscription box marketplace that we participate in and has so far been a moderate success. Cratejoy as a service works well in comparison but they are not strong in transparency or customer service.
