Overall Satisfaction with CSRconnect

We use CSRconnect to manage our employee giving and employee volunteering programs.
  • The look of CSRconnect is pleasant.
  • Things that seem simple, but have way too many steps in them
  • The picture ratios and the way that pictures are displayed are awful! Even if you use the recommended sizing, all pictures are stretched oddly and do not look nice. It is also frustrating that you cannot move or adjust a picture within the frame to make it look more appealing.
  • The search function is not intelligent when trying to find a charity.
  • The donation history is often wrong and many employees are confused about why totals do not match. The same goes for volunteering hours.
  • It has caused issues with trying to troubleshoot all the various glitches and problems we have had.
It is easy to use but if there is an error or something is not working correctly, it does not tell you where the error is. The site will just simply not let you publish or move on and it can be very frustrating to try and find the problem, especially when it is something very minor.
Our account manager is very kind and responsive, but it seems when there are major issues, we don't ever get a solid answer or what/how to fix the issue. We have issues that have been assigned JIRA since we first transitioned to CSRconnect and they are continually pushed under the rug.
So many issues with implementation! It has been such a frustrating process.
I think it would be better suited for a company that is smaller. Also for a company that is starting brand new and not integrating their data. We have had nothing but problems with the integration. It has been a nightmare and I do not see an end in sight.

The implementation of a new system would be too time-consuming to switch right now.

  • Payroll integrations are still an issue, so many issues with payroll integrations!

Our account manager was great at showing us user functions but could have done better at showing us practical uses.

Yes - The mobile interface works fine.

CSRconnect Reliability

It has worked for our large company fine.
It is available when needed. It can be very slow at times.
Sometimes pages load very slowly. I also hate how fast it logs you out!

Our account manager has still been active and helpful.
