Overall Satisfaction with CSRconnect

CSRconnect is currently being used across our organization for our company's Giving and Volunteering. We see that there is a slight curve in understanding from our previous system and some of our data did not transfer correctly, however it is a lot more user-friendly.
  • User-friendly- Our employees can navigate it well.
  • Quick - The system loads significantly faster than our previous one.
  • Reporting - The reporting feature is very versatile.
  • Data - Transfer of data to be correct.
  • Measurements - Allowing employees to set goals on their home page.
  • Volunteer hours- It is confusing for employees to differentiate between their events and personal hours. this should be combined and not be separated.
  • Time saved.
  • Easier for new employees to navigate.
  • The look and feel match our new brand.
The usability of CSRconnect is light years ahead of our last program and we are so thankful for this. Some of our employees get intimidated by using the computer so it is helpful when the site is user-friendly and welcoming for our employees. They are also easily able to find events in the portal.
Our account manager is wonderful and always willing to answer our emails or schedule calls to help us when we are confused. She has guided us through the transition and made it easier for our team to understand so in return we can train our employees. We are thankful for her.
We have experienced trouble with missing dates from the implementation. This has caused grief from our employees and we sometimes have to troubleshoot the issues. We are aware any time we have an integration this may happen and our account manager has been extremely helpful however, fewer glitches like this would have helped us in the long run.
It seems that CSRconnect is well suited for the giving area of our company. Volunteering could use some work.

We had no choice. However, the transition was great with our Account Manager.
We had no choice. CSRconnect seems to be well known for company volunteering and giving across community engagement.

CSRconnect Implementation

Change management was a major issue with the implementation - Our Account Manager took great notes and broke the process of implementation down step by step.

CSRconnect Training

It was a little challenging doing training on line i think in person may have been a little easier. we also did training before we had access to certain things so when the time came to use that training we had questions that came up that were not apart of the initial training.
It is user friendly, but navigating the back end helped with training. Training is never a bad thing to do when you have to train over 10000 employees on the system. There were things i was doing wrong that were fixed by simply clicking a different button so having the training in writing helped.

Our company needed reports fast for senior leadership and we had no access to this function on the back end. Our Account Manager worked with us to see what information we needed and was able to provide us with multiple reports in a timely manner so that we could move on with our daily operations.

Yes - It is user friendly and fast.

CSRconnect Reliability

Very easy to change and make to our own companys liking.
So far we havent had too many issues with availability.
We do have issues with having to reload pages when we are working on reports or engagement tiles. If we dont reload something the information that we have been working to input in to the site or the reports do not save. This can be frustrating when we are on time constraints.
