Overall Satisfaction with Culture Amp

Culture amp allows us to provide employees peace of mind when submitting their feedback on surveys. This data is also very easy to track, and pull analytics from. It is a system designed to be analyzed and to have the data pulled from, so the trends are extremely straightforward to analyze.
The system gives clear information to employees that their data will be protected. The information that we can pull from the system allows us to maintain employee confidentiality while still being able to view the data at every level to analyze the different areas of the business and manager levels.

  • The system itself needs someone who is familiar with it, it is not as straightforward to someone who is looking at it for the first time.

We use Culture amp mainly to run our company wide engagement survey. We were able to utilize Culture Amps pre loaded questions for most of our survey, which allows us to compare our results against the benchmark which is extremely insightful for comparing understanding where you fall within your market.
We also are able to use Culture amp for smaller launches of surveys or very targeted needs for feedback.
