Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used by several people in our company for venue sourcing, registration management, communications, reporting, and feedback. It is a logistical tool that helps us create efficiency, and improve the attendee experience. We also offer the other complementing Cvent products to our clients, which creates a more robust event experience.
  • Their customer support services offer easy ways to multitask with a chat feature, a team that is consistently knowledgeable and helpful, and who provide solutions in the majority of situations.
  • They are constantly taking feedback and improving on their products. I enjoy the quarterly product webinars they host, so I can stay up to date on new offerings and features.
  • The reporting tools are very robust, and it is rare that I can not customize to show exactly what I need.
  • Cvent offers so much that it is slightly overwhelming to new hires.
  • It has a positive impact due to client satisfaction.
It is well suited when in-depth reporting is needed, and when you need to share live reports with people on or outside your team.
