Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Cvent Social Tables for room diagrams and assigned seating for large luncheon and dinner events. It is used across the organization and gives us a way to allow multiple people to collaborate on seating arrangements.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to seat people based on grouping together individuals
Track everything in one place including meal preference

Cons

When you're viewing people to seat, you should be able to sort by last name
Would like to see easier navigation when clicking and dragging people to seats

Return on Investment

Cvent Social Tables is a necessary piece for us but the functionality is sub par right now.

They are ok, but oftentimes the answer is "that's just how the software works right now" which isn't problem-solving.
