Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
I use it to evaluate credit risk for new and current customers. It is very helpful to be able to see how a customer will pay by looking at the payment history of the different industries that are shown. This can tell me if the references that I have received from their other vendors are consistent with what D & B is reporting.

I have been about to quickly ascertain the information that I need to make an informed and educated credit decision. By having detailed information at a glance, I'm able to quickly make a decision on extending credit, even if I am still waiting for credit references to come back to me.
It was very easy to implement, as I have used it in the past. Though, the previous version was less cumbersome than the current version. I know there is a learning curve involved. All of the same information is present, and it is just shown in a different format than I was used to seeing previously.
D&B has more accurate information than other credit reporting platforms that I have used. I have used Experian, CreditSafe, CreditRiskMonitor, and NACM. All of them have their merits, but D&B is just more widely used and therefore has complete information. Reports are only as good as the information received.
