Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use D&B to check the company's credit, so far I'm happy with it, just sometime I need to spend more time to find the information I need.

Pros

  • Updat timely
  • Clear analysis
  • user friendly

Cons

  • the website loads slow
  • sometime the information is limited
  • reduced DSO
We also use CNSS/CASS, but their data's not as detailed as D&B
We had slow response when we contact customer service
