Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

I use D & B daily to help determine credit limits, and viability of potential new customers
  • Help Set Credit limits
  • helps determine potential problem customer (i.e. late payments)
  • Finds even the smallest and newest companies
  • I'd like to see a little more Indepth info on new companies.
  • I'd like to know if companies are failing
  • I've also found companies on D & B that are out of business and D & B does not have them listed as so
  • They have helped reduce DSO
  • They have made credit checks must easier
We only use them for credit risk management
We don't use them for this aspect
I've never had to call support

Good all-around analysis company. Easy to use. They also have good training videos. D & B has in-depth reports from size of company to suggested credit limits. I would recommend them to anyone that has to credit checks. They are reliable and do not necessarily even know the companies they rate so there is no possibility of favoritism of sorts
