Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics
D&B is used to perform advance credit inquiries as well as managing alerts for active accounts.
- Provides insight to credit decisions
- Offers industry-specific payment trend data
- Logout timer is WAY too short! :)
- Clearer navigation for newer users
- Reduces bad debt due to positive credit decisioning and monitoring
- Improves DSO by allowing intelligence to be built into the collections process.
Brining credit intelligence into the collections process allows for targeted efforts. In addition, being selective with client acquisition and setting appropriate credit limits up front allow for a high-performing managed portfolio.
Very simple implementation.
Comparable product quality. Experian offers personal checks as well, for a business who utilizes a personal guarantee. However, the information in D&B is at least as robust for B2B-exclusive creditors and is frequently more cost-friendly.
