Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My team leverages the Finance Analytics product to support the financial underwriting component of the Risk and Pricing evaluation process. The service helps inform pricing decisions that we make at the client level.

Web and social section is not Always updated and reliable

Helps avoid business that is financially unstable and a drag on our bottom line.

Implementation and Deployment

Easy, but not scalable with the volume of business we process.

Have not evaluated other options yet. d&b was an easy first step with an existing service being provided.

Support Rating

Experienced issues with the Web and Social info. Got a quick response on specific employer but still tend to see issues on other employers.

Likelihood to Recommend

It fits our process well on larger clients with 500 or more employees. There isn’t always enough data available on smaller companies for us to leverage. Unlikely that can be “solved”. We also struggle with scale….it’s difficult and/or cumbersome to pull data at the client level. Would be great to integrate in our proxies via API.
