We use D&B to make credit decisions for new and current customers. It gives a quick break down of what the companys financial situation looks like. It also helps us to make a decision quickly to expedite the customers request. We appreciate the accuracy of the information as well.

The risk analysis allows us to see the realistic outlook of the company that is sending an inquiry to us. It shows us how much of a risk we could be taking by extending credit to the customer. There has been many times that I thought the customer was in good standing but D&B showed something else.

Implementing D&B was a pretty easy process. We also integrated the platform with another platform that we use regularly, so it helped us to only have to look in one place rather than both. The platform is very user friendly and an enjoyable experience. It has definitely helped us.
