Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use D&B regularly to verify customer data/information when opening new accounts. We are able to get updated customer information while using.

Pros

  • providing accurate updated customer information
  • easy functionality when operating.

Cons

  • i think the site does well in providing the information our company needs
  • I'm not exactly sure on the direct benefits or negatives our company experiences.

whenever we are unable to determine customer information or need better insight on customer credit history we verify this information using D&B. This works well when establishing new customer accounts.
