Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use it on a daily basis. We typically will look at trade lines to determine credit lines for customers.

Pros

  • Gives me a good idea of how much risk I am taking
  • Payment history with other companies
  • How high other Credit Lines are

Cons

  • More detailed notes of what I am looking at
  • Navigating I think could be a little better
  • The advanced search I think could be improved on
  • It helps us limit our risk and exposure
  • Can improve Credit limits if we can determine subsidiaries
  • Helps confirm out of business customers
When ever we have had an issue, we have a specific contact that can help us. It is rare there has been an issue that has last any length of time.
