Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it on a daily basis. We typically will look at trade lines to determine credit lines for customers.

Pros and Cons

Gives me a good idea of how much risk I am taking
Payment history with other companies
How high other Credit Lines are

More detailed notes of what I am looking at
Navigating I think could be a little better
The advanced search I think could be improved on

Return on Investment

It helps us limit our risk and exposure
Can improve Credit limits if we can determine subsidiaries
Helps confirm out of business customers

Finance Analytics Performance

We do not use these features so I am not sure yet.

I was not around when it was implemented but it is very easy to use.
It gives you good information to determine how much risk you are comfortable with.
It is a good way to compare what kind of trades you are giving compared to other businesses.

When ever we have had an issue, we have a specific contact that can help us. It is rare there has been an issue that has last any length of time.
