We also use the alerts to advise of of changes to payment trends of other information to monitor these customers. This saves our analysts time and allows our team to concentrate our attention on larger credit lines and higher risk customers.

The tools D&B Finance Analytics provides allows us to minimize efforts on low risk customers. This allows us to better concentrate on high risk customers that have a larger impact on credit and collections risk. The time savings allows us to give the high risk accounts the scrutiny they require to ensure we are doing everything we can to minimize the risk. It also allows us to ensure the AR for these customers are properly monitored and managed, which reduces DSO for these customers.
