Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

To determine if credit should be given and how much. We use D&B on all new accounts and customers who have not bought for a while.
  • Recommended credit limit
  • Past payment history
  • Current amount owing
  • I believe your system works well
  • Always having to go into the get report- information needed is in the report
  • We won't extend credit to customers if D&B doesn't recommend
  • By investigating through D&B we determined if we should give credit
  • I can't say for sure if this helps my DSO, or even cash flow, if the customer is not good we do not extend credit to them
We just use for credit limits and opening new accounts.
The implementation was easy. We looked at every new customer and go by the recommendations of D&B

We use it on every new customer and when customers want more credit limit than we have given them. Trust D&B more than who the customers give as a credit reference. We base our credit limit on D&B recommendations
