Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use our D&B Finance Analytics to run credit searches on any new customer that is want more than $1,000 in credit. We also run it on customers that become delinquent.

We have very few customers that we have had to put into collections because of the data that D&B Finance Analytics has provided. IT is really nice to be able to get a good financial look at a customer before we risk doing business with them. D&B Finance Analytics is a valuable tool for us in that aspect.

for me the system was set up before I took the current role that I am in. It has been easy to log in and run the reports that I need.

We really like the recommendations for credit limit. We wonder sometimes how the system is updated. We have learned that some things are a little out of date or inaccurate. We learned this when we searched our own company. That being said we really like the lay out of the reports and information that is provided.
