Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We originally went onboard with D&B Finance Analytics to increase the efficiency of our credit underwriting process. Unfortunately, it was only used to receive online credit applications which only a few came through.

Pros

D&B Report and Application all in one place
Easy to navigate through the applications

Cons

D&B Finance Analytics link never sent the user directly to an application, but to the main page
A feature where a credit application can be sorted by certain locations and then forwarded to the proper analyst

Return on Investment

D&B Finance Analytics has not been used to the point where we can generate KPIs from it

In my experience, we had a myriad of amount of requests that we hardly got solutions on.
