Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

We use D&B for credit checks on our new customers. We have been able to turn our cash account and credit application into online forms that run through D&B.

Pros

  • Credit history.
  • Ownership data.
  • Lines of credit they currently have with others.

Cons

  • Line of Credit history can sometimes be lacking.
  • Turn around time has drastically increased for credit checks.
Response times for issues were very timely.

When doing a credit background check, they are very good at having data for larger customers. When we get to the smaller customers, the data can be lacking at times.
