Overall Satisfaction with Dashlane Password Manager
I am the primary administrator in our office for Most software including Dashlane. I handle HR as well. Due to the compliance and nature of our business, security is very crucial for us. We have about 32 employees that each have anywhere from 50-600 passwords for various logins. I currently have over 400 logins myself. I love it because it also has a personal space for my personal items. I really love the extra two factor security as well as a phone app that is compatible with my phone for logins on my phone.
Pros
- Stores important passwords and websites
- Enables us to keep FYI info that does not have a login in secure notes
- Secure storage for all passwords, logins, and secure notes
Cons
- Extension sometimes acts like it's not logging in after you enter code. Have to close and then reopen to get to passwords section.
- Search once in a while glitches out on certain words that are part of the name
- Once in a while it just does not want to let you login, it sits and spins. But it's not often.
- Better Security for logins
- Enables us to deactivate access to terminated employees to the workspace
- Easy for onboarding and offboarding
we evaluated lastpass and keeper. we liked the pricing and ease of use with Dashlane.
